a glace means ice cream in French and has been our speciality since 1870. Our ice cream is produced from 100% clean, raw materials. To make our sorbet ice cream, we use only fresh fruit, and press it to achieve a clean fruit juice. Next, we blend the juice with water and sugar, and never with additives nor preservatives. In the same way, our ice cream and parfait is made from scratch using only natural and basic ingredients.

We sell the following types of ice cream which can be purchased in a ½ liter cup at our store or mixed with an abundant selection of flavours including; orange sorbet, raspberry sorbet, lemon sorbet, strawberry sorbet, vanilla ice cream, mocha parfait, chocolate parfait and nougat parfait.
