Meet the Personalities behind La Glace

In Conditori La Glace, Head Confectioner Lars Juul leads 5 confectioners and 3 apprentices.

The bottom level is called the cold cellar. This is where the ice cream is produced, decorated, and frozen.

On the next floor we find the oven. This is the place where everything will be baked. It should not be necessary to say it, but in La Glace we naturally make everything ourselves.

Next we find the department for the confectionary. Here the cream is cooked, the whipped cream is whipped, and the cakes are assembled, garnished and decorated.

On the top floor, lies our confect and decoration department. Here we produce seasonal products such as Christmas marzipan pigs, Easter eggs, wedding hearts, and roses.
