The possibilities for special occasion cakes are infinite.  No commission is too big or too small for La Glace’s brilliant staff of confectioners.  A Signature Cake begins with choosing one of our layer cakes.  Specially suited to these cakes are bases of marzipan, Grand Marnier and orange truffle.  In addition, we recommend cakes such as our Efterårskagen, Othellokagen, Forårskagen, Georginekage or Karen Blixen depending on size and occasion.
