The Volmer Cake is named after the multitalented Sejr Volmer Sørensen and was made the first time to celebrate his 40th anniversary performance in Nykøbing Falster.

The Volmer Cake consists of soft nougat in whipped cream, macaroon bottom, apricot marmalade, and vanilla cream. Decorated with a marzipan border.
