The Karen Blixen Cake is named after the famous Danish author, who among other things had a coffee farm in Africa. The cake was first made for the opening of Rungstedlund in 1992.

The Karen Blixen Cake consists of coffee mousse, mocha truffle with roasted hazelnuts, and a chocolate bottom. Decorated with chocolates.
